Before there was Harvest Moon Regatta®, there was the “Bacardi Cup” Lakewood to Key West Regatta. There are still members at Lakewood who sailed in this great event. Regardless, we now love to race to Port Aransas and celebrate the Bacardi Cup winner in the ORC fleet.
Every year the Bacardi Cup goes to the winning ORC boat with corrected time. Last year the winner was Bear, owned by Lakewood member Forbes Durbin. Will you be this year’s winner?
